This is what I have been tought from the teacher:
> Chose the flower. Any flower with a bloom. (I have chosen Lotos).
> When the bloom is closed, your mind is closed
> When the bloom is opened, you are opened
> Imagine the flower
> Open it
> Close it
> Open it
> Close it
Practice.

For me that is simpler:
> You have angel wings
> Big wings that shilds your whole back
> You open them wide and far
> You recieve
> You close them, close to your back
> You are closed and shilded
For projecting I used black shadow if I am angry and some kind of black tenticles thingies when I am not. But always from the back forward.

Also try to relocate your "soul". Try to move it out of you body while you are on your bed. If you are doing it correctlly you will lose sensations of your body pressing aganst the bed.
No thoughts.
Float above your body.
Try this and every time you go further until you are free walking.
I have practice this while on walks. Its super hard, but super fun because you somehow dont feel that tired at all, because you dont feel your body.
