The ones I already mentioned, the Ahel (some of them are called Erahel, because they moved to planet Era), the Tygettens (planet Tygetta) and the Annunaki (Prince Ea). Prince Ea was known as Enki, and might have been called Posiden, King of the island Posidenous during Atlantis.
There are other Annunaki that are not our friends.
And other space aliens that are dangerous, or just can't be trusted.
The space aliens in the Galactic Federation of Worlds are already our allies, and we need allies.
Also the Intergalactic Confederation are our Frens; they put Space Arks on Earth for us to evacuate in an emergency, and the crews of the space arks are on Earth.
