Gabe Swarr made all the character designs himself while Eddie Fitzgerald and Jim Smith (RIP) made the level design concept art, including what was likely that image of Sody Pop's massive swaying tits. John K was only an "executive producer" in the sense he'd lean over and give advice to Spumco employees but nothing else.
