Keep in mind, anime women aren't built like human women. Their heads are huge, shoulders aren't necessarily where they should be, and their silhouette on model vs off is never going to be 1:1
You get a much better feel for and appreciation of how much work sophisticated in-studio motion tracking does when you look at the problems that simpler systems have like VRChat, but there's always going to be a gap (figuratively and literally)
