When I was a younger and more tolerate person, I went to a couple of conventions for tabletop and anime before and met my fair share of female stereotypes that frequent them. Kelsey is fascinating because, while I've never had the displeasure of meeting someone like her, she has a personality that seems to be based around all of the negative stereotypes.
Land mine girls. Femcels of all varieties. Narcissistic cosplayers.
Combine all of them with a healthy dose of liberal brain rot (with TDS, of course) and you get Kelsey, who is somehow an operational white woman with a rolodex worth of mental issues that is able to survive (with her dad's help, most likely) in a homogenous country like Japan after completely failing in a marriage because she more than likely couldn't mentally mature past the age of 16.
It's fascinating how someone like this, who seems to be just be a series of character defects with a good singing voice, can exist.
