I even had to take antidepressants (brains didan't have anough energy to function properly), but after I figured out I just needed larger dosage of the supplements I was able to cease taking or significantly lower the doses of the actually "serious" stuff
the supplements I take are all the part of the standard metabolic cycles and are common in the body, so barely any toxicity and most of them you basically cannod overdose one
the cohenzyme is somewhat different, but it is considered prettyy safe too, at least way safer than the shit that fucks up your nervous system
