They're both busy in September, Michi with her 10-day voice break and projects from the subathon. Then Numi has to travel for the ghost video with papamutt and begin working on her new album. They also have a trip with the others to Japan in December for Numi's birthday. So that narrows it down to mid/late September, October or November when Michi will go to America. More likely in October since that's when twitchcon NA will be happening and obkatiekat talked about wanting to do a double date with her, fufu, and purple yuri.
