Austin, TX isn't the worst, but it is the most mediocre by far. It's too mediocre to be the first or last in any metric, which is what makes it so terrible. It can't do anything right or wrong, it simply can't do anything. I've never been to a more incompetent, shallow, just nothing city in my life.
