Of note is that this Kash does NOT have fetal alcohol syndrome face, he has cheeks, his eys are huge btu they arent' small either, he has a high nasal bridge, and even under the moustache and beard you can see the cupid's bow, his ears aren't deformed and his head isn't small. His eyes are alert and feeling, not NPC gooner, I mean sure he's visibly excited he's out with his hot girlfriend, but he's not going to start touching himself or somebody else in public because he's not brain damaged.
