I'm just checking off all the items on my "I wonder what happens when..." list while trying to get the 'finish the game with 100% on steel soul' achievement.
After this I'm going to speedrun my way into act 3 and see what the differences are as opposed to 100%ing act 2 first.
There's one thing I know for sure that's only obtainable in act 3 if you skip buying the quill from Shakra and that's Trobbio's purple quill.
You can already get his red quill in act 2 if you do the same thing.
