I feel similar, I don't like interacting with people and the prospect of getting a job made me really anxious
I only got a job by pure luck because the government came to the university looking for someone specialized in a very specific niche and the only one available was me
However I'm not good at my field at all, I'm just a dumbass that picked this niche because the university told me "if you study this we will pay for everything"
When I presented my thesis (which is like 50% bullshit and 50% references from other works I don't understand) it got approved because nobody really knew shit
Now all I do everyday is run simulations for an algorithm that I don't understand by using a weird machine that I don't know what it does.

For all I know this must be some weird alien shit but at least I can buy pakeji every month.
