On Viper what resources am I looking to go into the 2m with?

I know I'm supposed to try and aim to have 2 reawakens under the personal buffs and that comes down to a bit of management, but what about vicewinder and uncoiled fury charges?

Am I trying to have 1 vicewinder stocked and another that will come up during a reawaken?
