idk I think Silken Moon's Serenade is kindof underwhelming as a set. Maybe it's just that natlans and fontains sets where that OP but I have it on my lauma and aside from big lunar bloom bursts I don't really know what it does. Also no one knows when new artifact sets come could be 6.3 and columbina gets a tailor made set could not be and having a cope set ready would be handy I guess. Dump your resin into weapon and talent upgrades first tho
