I've been saying this for a while, aim training will not improve your game sense. you're better off playing infantry only battlefield everyday since positioning and game sense is way more important than having top tier aim in a game like battlefield.

and if you want to get better aiming wise, having better gear wouldn't hurt. invest into lighter weighting mouse, better skates and a good mousepad. related to that, I ordered a new artisan raiden and obsidian pro skates. my current raiden is pretty worn out but still has more glide than any other mousepad I own.
