stop eating except for 2 ~200 calorie protein shakes a day + a 200-300 cal protein bar so you're getting about 50 grams of protein daily, do lifting and walk for a bit so your muscles don't degrade and take multivitamins and drink way more water than you normally do, like the recommended daily amount is 6 full cups or something like that, which is a lot more than most people actually drink per day
you will feel like absolute shit but it WILL work, track your progress on a spreadsheet and you'll see it working each day. some days you just won't lose weight for no particular reason but don't give up!!
