I've discovered that my excitement and enjoyment of games is higher when frens are involved.

I know we all reee about demakes, but I was excited for P3R because P3P is one of my favorite games. And I had a few frens who tried to emulate the original or play P3P and had a tough time enjoying it because of the gameplay. I had fun going through P3R and re-experiencing the story through those frens who got to experience it for the first time.

I was also was excited for Wilds even though it turned out to be kinda meh overall. Why? Because it was the first time in a very long time that multiple frens were going to get a MonHun game at launch, and we could all start off fresh together.

Currently looking forward to Haunted Chocolatier so my Stardew buddy and I can become autists over it. And I'm really excited to suffer with Pathologic 3 which is game that is "just for me".

Comix Zone was such a unique game and it still is. Shame I could never get past the temple level without cheats because of that damn panel where you had to shimmy over a bottomless pit with that one enemy shooting fireballs. You got hit once, you fall off, instant game over. Other than that, the rest of the game kicks ass.
