Not at the box office. Superman gets smoked by by almost everyone. He has one film over a billion adjusted for inflation. Aquaman and Wonder Woman did better than MOS during the DCEU era adjusting for inflation.
I don't really see how anyone can justify giving him a solo film anymore with this box office performances declining overall.
