First one is for something that only two people here even attempt to do and they have a year 0 account. This won't prevent people from shitposting them for about a month every time CC happens.
Second one you could argue matters, but what matters more is you understanding how to play meme ascensions and what matters even more is understanding if you want to play meme ascensions, because they sure as fuck won't reward you with anything.
