>laser rangefinder
The range of an aircraft is always changing even if it's moving perpendicular to you so the laser would need to be constantly tracking.
Not impossible but you'd need some kind of simplified sight with pre-marked holdovers and a user who won't hesitate. Have the plane in the laser rangefinder crosshair, get the distance and rough aspect angle, pick the correct holdover for the given estimates and pull the trigger within a second.
With a fliegerfaust the shotgun effect and slight delay between launches compensates for slight error.

Even solid projectiles would punch holes and force the aircraft to get repairs.
