Russian soldiers captured by the 82nd Air Assault Brigade in the Pokrovsk direction near Dobropillia explained why they came to Ukraine.

As the Russians themselves admit, they came to kill Ukrainians: some to buy a one-room apartment, others for money, since they had signed contracts.

They received instructions over the radio on where to move, but they ended up being captured.
