i don't propose having a community function as a corporation in all aspects, only in repurposing a singular concept -- that of a separation between share-holder ownership of capital/assets and functional control of those capital/assets.
the citizens of a state may still trade land, but they should be rendered equal shareholders of value generated by that land through a mechanism.
the right to own land, becomes its own commodity separate to the land, which is issued equally each year, and may be exchanged for money. it is reclaimed by the state at year end, and reissued in equal quantity at year start.
in effect, large land owners should be forced to continuously purchase their rights from non-landowners, in order to create a permanent wealth transfer from land/resource agglomerating elites to the destitute or below average.
why? because the elites invest wealth into mechanisms of exploitative extraction, where as the poor will invest it into their survival and the functioning of the economy.
