I think something that keeps coming up is the “all you had to do was ask” thing with her and management. Like, she seems to have a lot of trouble just asking for what she wants, unlike some of the remaining talents who seem much happier for it. That’s mainly what I meant by brain worms. Hell, I even have suspicions that the whole “you are a brand risk” thing didn’t happen the way she interpreted it (because who gives a “brand risk” live interactions with major brands like the Dodgers?). Obviously we don’t know there are extra factors influencing it, but it seems like the four ENs who left all fell into the category of not being great at communicating with management. And hey, if being indie helps that, then cool. But the thought of that also makes me sadder about it, because in that case it *could* have worked out, but it didn’t.
