Despite what people may think, Blue Archive is not what I'd call a cunny game. For every character you could attack the label "loli", there will be 10+ regular proportioned JKs.
The only true lolis in BA are Kokona, Ibuki and Sora. All other "lolis" are petite JKs, such as Kisaki, the Shupogakis, Mutsuki, Seia, the Game Dev club or Hoshino.
The average BA character is more like Asuna.

There are several confirmed to be 18, which means they are proper adult students.
