Explain to me how exactly the photographer was supposedly prone at this angle?? Also, how did he wait in anticipation for the car door to open for this exact shot when she was getting INTO the vehicle, not out of it.
At least she happened to wear designer transparent lingerie (under a short dress on her 18th birthday) so that she looked good when getting objectivized by these horny horrible men.
