there are two main traditions that you have to choose from. one is the Sri Vidya tradition where the Shakti (divine feminine) is mainly worshipped in the form of Lalita Tripurasundari and the Sri Yantra that embodies her energies.
This yantra contains basically all other yantras within it. The yantra is worshipped like the deity itself and you chant the right mantra (just search sri vidya mantras online). just think of this tradition like a merging of various shakti forms into the most beautiful and auspicious form possible. generally its more balanced and "safer" than the other tradition, and you will still get the boons of the other shakti forms, since all yantras are merged in the sri yantra. think of it like a jack-of-all-trades system
the other one is Kaula tantra. this is where the various forms are worshipped in 10 forms independently, or in a specific order. some of the forms like Kali or Bhairavi are really intense and fierce, so chances your things to go wrong are higher here. but out of the 10 forms there are some softer, like Tripuri Sundari that similar to the main deiti of the Sri Vidya tradition.
If you want to do this, pick one of the 10 forms that you feel most called to, print the yantra out and look up the mantras of the deity.
the progress and siddhis (supernatural powers) will be more specific, than in the sri tradition, since you "only" focus on a specific shakti attribute. that also means that for the intense/fierce forms it will be like on a spiritual supersonic jet - you will make instantly progress, but things can also go super wrong if you mess up.
before you do this, you should really research every of the 10 mahavidyas, I cant stress this enough
