Transfer portal for their players is now open. NCAA rule prohibit playing for more than one team in a season but for those who have been on the bench through the games so far, they can transfer to whatever school will have them.
My guess is there won't be many transfers because players who haven't been allowed to play yet, probably are the less talented players and it's not like these teams are very talented to begin with. Also many schools, especially those on the semester system, have already passed the deadline for adding classes.
