why did they make cuc so much worse than shillnot? her ca is only -1t skill cd instead of full reset and her auto nuke is only once a turn based on crits instead of after every na. even her s3 is gimped with only (1 time) flurry because god forbid you get 2 boosted attacks. do you think cygays decides on a rating they want the character to have first and then designs skill numbers around it?
