iktf. although on this Remington Barba one, it took me a while to realise you can actually ping out the blades at the top, there was all this hair on the underside of the blades (not just clogging the blades themselves).

brushed that out and gave the whole thing a spritz with WD-40 (i don't generally have sewing machine oil handy) and it lasted another couple of years. battery conked out but the blades themselves were always fine.
