I have zero clue on what goes on in vtuber content but from what I can tell his new editor is a big vtuber fan that has some pull with other vtubers. This is because all other vtubers have their own editors that interact with other editors and social media users. I just don't understand how exactly he become so appealing to these english-speaking vtubers. I get that he is entertaining and I personally loved Northernlion's content and the NLSS (rip) for years but he hit a lull in relevance and viewership after covid until the past year or so. Is it that the vtubers see him and others like brotherman cohh as the eventual stage for their vtuber careers because he somehow made his own life and family lifestyle to be a background to his banter/streaming work without it being weird and overwhelming.

Good god it has been long. Although I imagine his work in the Roundtable podcast with Baer really helped propel him as an indie darling for indie game sponsors. It's amazing how years of experience with indies helped get him to this point in his life. Is the indie market that dire where they have to be shilled by Northernlion to get any traction and popularity at all? I can't imagine that there aren't more games like Vampire Survivor getting ignored because of the saturation of games.
