Nilou's passive says this

But Nefer's passive says that when she's in the team, LB will be triggered instead of normal Bloom and that once LB is triggered, dendro cores won't be produced and Nefer will instead gain another stack. This means that that Nilou won't get to produce any bountiful core at all.

Because Kaveh's passive description only says "all dendro cores", yet it also applies to bountiful cores.
