They allowed HG to start releasing alts.
They allowed HG to release a limited alt of a limited operaotr.
They allowed HG to release 4 alts in a row, 2 of which were limited.
CN has lost their power after the Ch'en fiasco. So much that if Ch'en got a 2nd alt right now, they would accept it with a smile.
