I'm gonna be honest, I would recommend not to regularly use Wisadel unless you really like her. She trivializes nearly everything in the game and you are just stealing the fun away from yourself. The fun in Arknights is from figuring out stages with your favorites, in creative and challenging ways, and growing with your squad and wife and making all that memories. When you just use Wisadel instead for everything, it just overrides all and any challenge present, and with it, the fun.
I recommend to use her like a legendary operator of sorts, only when you really really need her damage. She is very useful for grinding modes (boring grind you just want done quickly), that's her best use-case imo. Not that I hate W, she's a classic OG Arknights op, it's just her alt is ridiculously broken and designed for $$$.
