It's not. I had to pay Yellow Buzz to generate that.
Basically, any prompt that include curves, navels, cleavages, revealing outfits and such is automatically labeled as NSFW and the user is charged with Yellow Buzz instead of Blue.
The frustrating part is that when you are writing a prompt the site warns you about what kind of Buzz you will be charged with, but once you generate the image, the site's tagging boy reviews the image and might decide that a prompt that was declared SFW has generated a NSFW image and so the site charges you with Yellow Buzz to "unlock" the image.

It's all just a big scam where everything is fixed against free users.
