You have a lot of options for where to start with Jute Gyte, but personally I would say three albums can narrow it down:

Early-ish JG where the compositions are not quite as layered or atonally composed, but its still very clearly JG; I would pick Impermanence, "A Wind Sways The Pines" is still a favorite track of mine for that beautiful lap steel sound.

Mid Era JG, specifically Perdurance for his grooven ridden tracks that have a lot of immediacy to them, although the slight industrial hint might throw some off. "I Am in Athens and Pericles Is Young" is one of the best metal songs of all time.

Newest JG album, intentionally made more "archaic" according to Adam himself, its helpful for metalcucks who can't into his usual methods of composition and want something more stripped down. "Only Castles Burning" starts off with one of my favorite riffs ever
