this shit is so seen and done. fg players are fucking retarded NPCs just repeating the same mantra and behavior like robots. remove the mechanics and have a simple game, and it's "waaa boring same stale shit". add any mechanic and it's "waaaa shitty mechanic ruins the game!".
there's no winning. a good mechanic doesn't exist because if the mechanic is in the game you will lose to it at some point and you will whine.
the red pill is exactly that. fighting games inherently make you mad because they're 1v1 and personal. you just need an excuse to whine about and the game's ruleset is the eternal excuse, from game to game. you just say it's shitty because you lost to it and that made you feel bad.
i had this moment of enlightenment years ago where i finally internalized this, stopped blaming the game(s), and my fighting game skills started skyrocketing and i'm actually having fun in pretty much every game these days and think that this endless whining about mechanic X and Y is just embarrassing.
as for you OP, if you keep getting drive impacted, you're doing non-cancelable risky moves too much so that the game is in the DI spammer's favor. it's that simple. reduce those moves on average, improve your gameplan, move on.
