The game goes a bit too long and drags at certain parts. Some enemies should have died sooner, but nooo, they refuse to die even when killed,one came back to die in a cutscene and i think it was back as a ghost as a sidequest. it was annoying.

8 also spoiled many people as the first DQ. It was very charming, magical and a great adventure in the right size
