the Hrukginot line is meaningless because in order to have enough manpower to fully defend it, Ukraine would need to retreat from Pokrovsk, Konstantinovka, Slavyansk, Kramatorks etc.
That ain't happening, Ukraine will fight to the last mobik for those places, meaning that, even if Ukraine is forced to retreat, they won't have the manpower to man it
