My favorite occasion of the dems getting caught sandbagging was when there was an opening on the Supreme Court, and a nominee was about to be named.

The dems didn't know who the nominee would be, so they printed protest signs against all of the favorites; ready at a moments notice to name whoever was nominated as the worst person to be nominated in history.

The fun part is that the DNC still seems to think that videotape doesn't exist, and that there isn't growing proof of their talking out of both sides of their mouth
