Makes sense why blacks are overrepresented in top level bodybuilding.
And dominate any sport that they care about such as sprinting.

Testosterone doesn't mean shit when you compare different people. Just like fuel doesn't mean shit when you compare different engines. Some engines can produce more power with the same fuel.
And on average, blacks bodies are more sensitive to testosterone so their bodies will respond more strongly to any given amount of testosterone.
