The problem is not with a tariff, as I'd suspect your country probably already charges some equivalent of import duty on things from other countries, but rather that your country might be suspending mail service from the US altogether right now - I know France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Italy, and the UK are doing this, and there are doubtless several others represented here at WIP.
