Absolutely: It gives him a nice family dynamic and puts his monstrous physical form into a pretty endearing relationship. Especially since the kids are cute and pretty "normal," their origin and the Skrull girl's shapeshifting aside, the scenes with them would circle around him trying to instill some values and sense of self-worth into the kids, as well as taking care of them: I.e. basic parenting. That'd also let him and Alicia be the protagonists of these small "family episodes."
Though I can agree with >>150912055 in that Reed should be able to somehow let Alicia have a child (Ben being perma-Thing'ed would probably be the most true to the character), some form of artificial insemination using Ben's original or "cleansed" DNA or whatever. Having a natural offspring would be a nice bond to tie them together and would actually be "the weakest link" in the family: A totally vanilla normie human baby, that the older siblings can share the responsibility for, help their mother to take care of, etc. I.e. normal family stuff.
