You can have a look at DHT like that other anon said. Probably depends on how much time & effort you are willing to spend looking.
There maybe more sites out there but I'm not sure where to look for them. https://rentry.co/32aa55c8
There is a program that crawls the DHT called bitmagnet.
I had an idea about scraping the lumendatabase for 'magic HDD' URLs but I never got around to figuring that out.
I'm not aware of any metasearch engines with all the DHT sites, someone may make one in the future with SearXNG or something.
I feel like some of these sites search features are lacking.
You could also ask some people who may be on private trackers.
Not sure if they would help you, it says in the pinned thread that /t/ is not for request. >>1378761
Can also try >>>/wsr/
Or here, probably less likely to help >>>/g/ptg
You could also try joining ones most likely to have the content.

https://inviteroute.github.io/sheet
There may also be more private trackers that specilize in Asian/Taiwanese content, not sure where to find those either.
You could ask in https://red.artemislena.eu/r/trackers
Or have a look in here for reviews: https://www.invitehawk.com/forum/11-tracker-reviews/
There is also Jackett,Prowlerr,XDCC,Soulseek,DC++,eD2K,Gnutella,Open Directories,DDL,Usenet,Hyphanet,I2P,Retroshare,IPFS,OpenFT,OpenNap.
And private usenet https://red.artemislena.eu/r/usenet
Or just using regular search engines like bing,yandex,google,brave etc.
I don't think you should use proprietary software for filesharing but there is also filetopia,Fopnu,Perfect Dark,GigaTribe
