I think its possible but not likely. Would make a lot of sense to make Conquest3 and Blood2 come back as a duo, but with Shigga reviving Nayuta that becomes way more unlikely.

Hunting down the Blood devil and making her a pokemon would imply that Shigga wants to extort Denji in some way, but so far she has shown 0 interest in doing such a thing, she simply manipulates Asa.
