I get that people can be placed under incredible psychological pressures, or be especially vulnerable to psychological ploys. But "brainwashed" and "groomed' are such conveniences for explaining away one's own choices.
What it looks like to me
> early on: paid well to hang out with Epstein
> later: paid better to accuse Epstein
>Why did you hang out with him early on?
> Because I was brainwashed
What about them being brainwashed now, by a society that infantalizes them, pathologizes them, and nullifies their choices as young people?

> You probably have Dissociative Identity Disorder
> Want to heal?
> Accuse and sue!
The brainwashing and the grooming goes both ways.
Another example: Every picture of Trump with his daughter is "evidence" that he was fucking her. Every time Biden kissed the head of a child, it's molestation. All male interaction with children is suspect. How is that not brainwashing and grooming?
It's so damaging. And all we're left with at the end of the day is managing women's emotions. Who said their emotions would be manageable? Who said women would tell the truth, or even cared about the truth? We're just supposed to believe women when they say

This on repeat.
This paranoia, this hysteria is tearing society apart. It is destroying more than it is protecting.
