I don't believe there's a single character in the game that applies Fusion Burst, Havoc Bane, Glacio Chafe, or Electro Flare, there's only Aero Erosion and Spectro Frazzle right now for some unknown reason. THey have, since revealing this new debuff system, not added a single unit that applies any of them besides Spectro Frazzle and Aero Erosion.
At this point, I think the entire system has been quietly abandoned.
