If you are doing non giga shill content, the numbers will be much lower. This webm is from the stage you farm for Alice's core skill. (as such Alice is "only" on core E, but that shouldn't change the damage much.

You can see assault hit for about 680k, with the two Blooms it's 1.4m. Note that due to how the phys set works, your first assault will not benefit from the phys dmg% you get from it.
So I don't think your numbers are weird.

I'd argue she's better than Mibibi using Vivian and Yuzuha, but Mibibi is arguably more of a crit dps so she doesn't benefit of the two as much, and you can easily play her with other shit. (like Astra Fufu like I did this endgame rotation)
