Sup Nerissa good job that you're eating well! I just read that post from last thread. Good job! Continuing from the topic of food, I actually have a confession to make. I may prefer crepes more than pancakes. I know this is akin to heresy for us but I really enjoy crepes these days. I made this recipe one time and I knew it was ogre.
>Les crêpes (avec beaucoup d'alcool) de Raymond Oliver
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbxWMDdVSPY
It's no secret that French food is my favorite food. And one thing that you have to know about French food is that theres a lot of alcohol used. It's in lot of recipes including desserts. You'll see that as you follow along to Chef Jean Pierre and as youll clearly see in that crepe recipe. Plus every meal is eaten with a glass of wine or hard liquor, it's just part of being French.
>pancakes
I used to eat so many pancakes, my preferred type was a triple stack of banana buttermilk pancakes with peanut butter and honey in between each layer. The peanut butter melted it was so good. I love pancakes, but those crepes are better. You should try them. Also on the topic of french food. Have you had escargot?
>Comment deguster les escargots?

Escargot is so good but I wanted to show this video because in the event you order escargot in a restaurant, this video will prepare you for the usage of the tongs and fork that are especially made for that. I don't want you to get caught off guard, so now you wont! You'll be a pro! Sometimes they dont give you the tongs but theyll always give you the fork. You just eat it with the bread after extracting it.
>Use a Knife Like a Chef | Chef Jean-Pierre

Also I got ahead of myself and these two videos will make everything else easier.
>How To Cut The Most Common Vegetables | Chef Jean-Pierre
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjZ1LFqNWRM
They're fundamental for everything else. Its the first two videos you should watch of his. Good job Nerissa! You'll love french food and Italian food in no time at all! Show chef Jean pierre to the women in your family. Their husbands will appreciate it! Good job Nerissa! No more microwaves.

Whats up Nerissa I haven't watched your burger stream but you did a good job! In honor of that I wanted to share my personal recipe for burger sauce. You said you only like ketchup and mayo, maybe you'll like my sauce better.
>French's yellow mustard
>mayonnaise
>ketchup
This is the base. Must be french's brand mustard, this is non negotionable.
Pick your favorite mayo, cannot be that one jap mayo, thats not mayo and they allegedly add MSG which is horrible for you.
Heinz ketchup is is the classic, buy the organic one since they dont put high fructose corn syrup in it. You can mix these three in any ratio you want. Add more of what you like to your taste. My ratio is most mustard, then mayo, and least ketchup. All eyeballed measurements.
>dill pickles
>Pickled jalapenos
You take some dill pickles (not bread and butter pickles) and some pickled jalapenos about the same volume as the mixed sauce and you chop them up with a knife or food processor. Until small size or until they become mush. You dont want to chew them. Then you mix with the sauce.
>last step
Then you take some of jalapeno juice or pickle juice (jalapeno juice is better) and you mix that in to the sauce until its at a consistancy that you enjoy. Try not to let it get too soupy, otherwise add more base sauce to fix. This is my go to burger sauce. Maybe you'll like it, its not spicy dont worry. Anyway good job!
