It took the combination effort of 2 Grand tier servants (Musashi+Roma, without him even if they had energy from human ordee incineration it would still not be enough to reach him) + one machine god (Ares who got boosted as Mars, and he got one shotted, only react fast enough to shield Chaldeas) just to STOP Chaos, not kill him.
