Honest answer, nobody knows. Based on other gachas, any possible collab reruns usually happen a couple years after they first released. But in BA's case even the Miku collab which is almost 4 years old on the JP server has never had a rerun.

From my experience in other gachas, collabs with smaller non-Japanese (Korean) companies and western companies are ironically more likely to rerun then Japanese ip collabs. Unfortunately, anime companies absolutely love retarded copyright contracts and FOMO events.

Basically, never say never but also don't hold your breathe and either keep playing with the idea that the collab will never happen and if it does it's a nice surprise or drop it and move on.
