Russia’s oil and fuel export revenues fell in August to a five-year low, Reuters reports. Income dropped by $920 million from July to $13.51 billion as crude and fuel exports declined and the discount on Urals widened to about $56 per barrel, well below the $60 price cap. Exports fell by 70,000 barrels per day to 7.3 million bpd.
